Everyone has pain points when it comes to achieving full body movement. I’ll work closely with you to help identify your areas of strengths, weaknesses and compensations. Giving you a clear and targeted direction.

Working with me will strengthen your body, improve your posture, and create a toned lean physique.
I'm known for setting clients up for success, building confidence and developing relationships that last a lifetime. I love ladies with spark and determination, we work hard but we can have a laugh too!
I want women to understand their bodies, their body parts and be conscious of their own movements.
I like to combine anatomical and imagery based cues, and I demo where needed. We learn the names of exercises, how they will help and most of all why!
Our first session is always about seeing how you move. How well do you know the movement principles, and what your Pilates level is.
This helps me build a plan for you that addresses your goals and body needs as sometimes they’re different and conflicting.
My goal with clients is always to ensure proper body awareness, and the learning of essential exercise movement patterns. I find that when we spend a little time learning these fundamentals, clients are set up for success and can progress with confidence and ease.
Over time we may integrate Mobility work to compliment your training.

my style, my approach
Don’t be fooled into thinking that Mobility training is easy! It’s more than just a humble stretch here and there.
It's a systematic approach that helps you build strong joints, more capable muscles, stronger connective tissue, increases body control and awareness and gives you greater movement variability.
It’s hard to pursue your goals if you struggle with joint pain, or muscle tightness, injuries and or consistently hitting plateaus due to movement limitations.
I don’t just modify, I look at your strengths, limitations and compensations and go from there.
Our first session will be about learning Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs). CARs gives you and me information about how well you move in space, how much access you have in your range of motion. and what compensations we’re seeing. CARs take the guesswork out of programme planning, because we can see instantly where you can and can’t move. In essence your areas of limitations becomes your action plan!
From there we start to look at specific mobility training to either give you more range of motion, or more control of your movements or fill the gap between passive and active ranges of motion. Flexibility is great but not if you don’t have strength to use.
