Hi, I’m natalie
My passion is to help women move with grace and ease, preserve their bodies, their movements and their joints for as long as humanly possible.
Movement and sports has always been part at part of my life: rock climbing, surfing, skiing and hiking, trust me the the list long! I discovered Pilates whilst working as a digital consultant back in London.
I quickly learned how much I loved Pilates and saw its power on both the mind and the body. It didn’t take me long to make a career change.
I started RE/FRAME Pilates Studio in Mexico City back in 2019. I grew the studio organically from a small studio to a large studio supporting 3 full time instructors and over 60 private women clients.
During this time I found other modalities that I became extremely passionate about, such as mobility, joint health and strength training. I’ve since gone back to my roots and operate as a private personal trainer. This way I can concentrate on blending all these modalities and training a select set of women clients who are passionate about their health and fitness and reaching their personal goals.
I’m now based in Berlin, Germany. I work with clients in studio and online.

CREDENTIALS
I work with women of all ages, levels and needs. I routinely work with different body types from those needing pre or post-surgery strengthening to elite athletes looking to enhance their athletic performance. All sessions are tailored to the individual with modifications for all body types.

A by appointment women’s only studio. 99% of clients book at the same time per week and have recurring bookings. Over the years I have found that this helps build routine, consistency, confidence in their training and most importantly results.
Clients tend to train with me from 1 to 4 years. I still train clients from my original studio in Mexico City. I’m now based in Berlin, Germany. I work with clients in studio and online.
We can work together in either Pilates, or Mobility or what I love the most and specialise in is, the integration of both!
