If you are feeling constrained by stiffness and limitations in your movements, you're certainly not alone. We often feel this frustration, even see these limitations, especially when we push ourselves in the activities we love.
Mobility training is essential for overall movement quality, injury presentation, joint health and longevity and performance in both daily life and athletic activities.
